Automatic follow up and log tracking
Description
Many steps in the follow-up business process were automated so that the productivity of the sales organization was boosted and manual labor requirements were drastically reduced. The follow-up sequences were customizable and the system could follow-up based on these rules 10, 20 and 30 days after the product was shipped to determine the status of the project. Depending on the workflow rules set-up if the project was moving forward, additional members of the organization could be invited in and the additional project information like production schedules, and manufacturing locations could be updated and provided real-time to the supply chain members. This enabled suppliers to track and capture business opportunities as they moved overseas from design organizations to manufacturing organizations.

Product based e-commerce portal development
