Customized order entry wizard

The order entry wizard was created so that an engineer could order samples from different manufacturers and invite in a unique preferred distributor in each order.  This gave the design engineer the convenience of one-stop-shopping.  Further based on various set-up rules the opportunity was automatically directed to the person either responsible for that account or for that territory.
